Satisfied customers with their dinning needs. Provided an elegant and pleasant experience for the guests. Certified Trainer for new hire’s and a lead and closing waiter. Promoted to bartender after 5 months with Arlington location for my great attitude and hard work ethic. Amarillo team received The 2011 Diamond Club award for the top store of the Dallas division, which includes 18 other locations.

JCPenney – Sales Representative; Burleson, TX                                                                                       May 2009 – January 2011

Conducted sales, and provided customer satisfaction with a convenient and happy shopping experience. Assisted and personally helped customers find merchandise. Was selected by my Store Manager 2 years in a row for the yearly Corporate walk through due to my knowledge regarding the store merchandise.

ACADEMIC PROJECTS

Campaign Assistant – Amarillo Bulls: NAHL Hockey Team                        Spring 2011

   Created a full advertising campaign, which was used for the 2011 Amarillo Bulls hockey season. Conducted research, created a full plans book and presentation for the team general manager and other team associates.

 

Campaign Conductor – Amarillo Area CASA: “Court Appointed Special Advocates” for children                            Fall 2011

·     Conducted a full research plans book, and PowerPoint presentation

·     Created an advertising slogan and campaign to reach broader prospect of volunteers

·     Presentation won multiple awards and was highly praised for the creative approach.

                 

Doritos Commercial –Composed, directed, and starred in a Doritos campaign commercial that was nominated by the WT Advertising department for the 2012 Amarillo area Addy Awards.

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE AND ACTIVITIES

Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, Zeta Kappa Chapter at West Texas A&M University                            Spring 2010 – Fall 2011

·     Pledge Trainer - Fall 2011 semester; guided and inducted new initiates during their pledge semester.

·     Pledge Rush Chair -Fall 2010 and Spring 2011; set up events for rush week and bought all supplies with in my given budget.

·     Alumni Relations Chair, Spring 2011 and Fall 2011; conducted and directed monthly meeting with the Amarillo Alumni chapter, liaison between the alumni and ATO current members regarding long term strategy.

·     Assistant Float chair Fall 2010

·     Averaged over 45 hours of community service per semester.
